Hosted by Membrane in the open art space Stellwerk a workshop with the title “ACAD&Confluence” was held on Saturday, 22th of July 2017 from 10:00 till 16:30. The Agency for Contemporary Artistic Discourse & Collaboration (ACAD&C) was schooled in how certain new technology could strengthen their communication abilities and short-term as well as long-term project working skills by one of its members. It was an open workshop program which consisted of several team building tasks and evaluative periods for the new methods. All interested students of the University of Kassel and the art school, visitors of documenta 14 and other passers-by were invited to join the collective on their mission to embrace continuous improvement. It was a fruitful, discussion-filled day that marked the end of a three day long working period in Stellwerk at the main station of Kassel where the whole eight-member collective of ACAD&C had met each day to share their collaborative practice with interested people.
